Ryan has built a portfolio of over 80 mobile home parks, and has become an expert in the art of entrepreneurial real estate investing and creative deal making. During his tenure, he has overseen a portfolio of over 200 mobile home parks, improved fund financial operations, and implemented countless process improvements. Mike brings the knowledge of how the big PE players analyze, purchase, manage, and track the performance of their MHP investment portfolio. Mike is also a mentee of Ryan's and has successfully implemented Ryan's deal flow methodology.
