The practical questions we hear before someone joins the group.
It is dedicated to you. You get 30–40 minutes per week (sometimes 45–50 depending on the day) of one-on-one time with us. That is not shared group Q&A — that is your time for your deals, your questions, your strategy.
A combination. Courses you can go through on your own, plus specific answers to your specific questions in real time. When we talk through what you have just done, what to do next becomes very clear — and we will tell you that directly. So will the other members, many of whom are actively closing deals.
Ryan and I answer questions in the group chat when we can. Quick answers happen there; broad ones on a call. We are also active operators, so we are not academics. No member question has ever gone unanswered. About four hours a week with members on live calls alone.
